Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In Between Cleavage Area
I have a painful lump right in the center of my chest in my cleavage area - It started out the size of a pea and it was not painful. But over the last week it has grown to the size of a walnut and feels hot and red and it is pretty tender. Before it grew, I scheduled and appointment with my dermatologist, but they can t see me for three weeks. Should I try to be seen somewhere else sooner? Is it something I should worry about. I am 47 and am on low dose estrogen patch along with oral progesterone.

From history it seems that there might be having sebaceous cyst and now it became infected leading to redness, painful and increasing size.
As your doctor is not available for three weeks, go for one antibiotic medicine course for 5 days.
If infection controls then you might get some relief.
Afterward consult your doctor and get examined.
