Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In-between The Eyebrows

Hi I have a lump in between my eyebrows just above it is very very painful it feels as hard as a bone it seems to be causing me a lot of headaches I have not injured myself in a way this as just appeared on its own can you please help me to try to diagnose what it is thank you

Hello,

It can be fibroma or other Benign soft tissue tumor. If it is much painful and soft than abscess also can be possible. It's advisable to investigate with USG local part for primary work up.

The FNAC can be planned if needed after physical examination and USG report.
