Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns about. Painful lump in the breast can be due to fibroadenoma, chronic breast abscess, galactocoele, and rarely breast cancer.
I would suggest you to consult a surgeon for proper examination, investigation including mammography and ultrasound, and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
