Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In Clitoris

I can feel a lump behind my clitoris since Tuesday and it has been giving me a great deal of pain. I think it might be due to vigourous sexual activity last weekend. I am now laying in bed unable to sleep because I am in such extremities of pain. Is there ANYTHING I can do? I really need to sleep.
