Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump In Lower Back Under Skin

Have a lump in my lower back under the skin and when rubbed or touched it moves around in a small area right lower back area close to my hip bone and I also have severe back pain from the middle down after three epidurals any answers to what that might be?
