Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump Inside The Vagina

Hi have just experienced what I feel to have been a muscle pull around (in) my vagina. At the time I was exercising and attempting a cartwheel type movement. Immediately it was painful and then 20 minutes later I felt a lump inside my vagina. Can I have your opinion as Im concerned I should go immediately to see someone.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Painful lump inside vagina indicates the possibility of infected Bartholean cyst.
You can take Paracetamol with Ibuprofen combination thrice a day for managing pain.
Keep the area clean and hygienic.
It needs an evaluation by Gynecologist for further treatment.
