Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain soreness inside the mouth and mouth pain can be due to inflammation inside the mouth and the lump can be beginning of an apthous ulcer or can be secondary to inflammation..
It can also be an inflamed minor salivary gland or a pyogenic granuloma..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned according to the cause..
As of now you can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Take a multivitamin tablet daily..
Suck ice pops and do cold water rinses..
Gargle with 1:1 solution of milk of magnesia and benadryl will relieve..
Avoid spicy food..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards,
Honey Nandwani Arora.
