Yes, I injured my knee about 1 week ago and was doing some tens therapy and heat and ice. And have tried to do exercises. Then yesterday I heard a loud pop and the inside of my knee was really hurting. Before it was the outside. By the time i got home and was able to look at my knee there was a lump about egg sized on the left side of my knee. I have always had problems with my knees. My knee cap would just all of a sudden pop out of place. I felt like it wouldn t be worth it to go to the instacare.
