Suggest Treatment For Painful Lump

hi on august i was in an accident and fell on some glass and i had a lot of blood right on top of my eyebrow. Since the cut was deep I went to the hospital and they cleaned it for me but I still have a lump and it hurts if i touch it. What d you suggest that I do please ?

From history it suggests that there might be having painful irregular scar following glass injury producing this problem.
You might require plastic surgery over the part.
consult surgeon and get examined.
