General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be hidradenitis suppurativa. these lesions come from infected hair follicles (usually after shaving or when hair is accidentally pulled out or secondary to chemical irritants), progressing to cystic and/or abscess formation. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for clinical evaluation. medical (proper antibiotic regimen) and/or surgical (incision/excision and drainage) management will be directed accordingly. a good hygiene must also be maintained.

hope this helps.

good day!!
