Suggest Treatment For Painful Lumps On The Armpit

I have a lump on my armpit that hurts really bad. I tried squeezing it and blood and puss came out. The more I squeezed the more it hurt, kind of like when you pop a pimple and at the end it hurts so bad, but you have to squeeze out the little tick inside and it all feels better. It s like that, but 10 times worse. I see a hair inside and I tried picking at it with a needle but that didn t help. I feel like I could see more bumps within it, as if more puss is trying to come out from them all. What do I do? I get these quite often on my armpits and they always hurt. Sometimes I can squeeze it out, others I let it be and goes away on its own, but this one is pretty big, I m not sure it will. Thank you!!
