Suggest Treatment For Painful Lumps On The Throat And Lower Back Pain

I have over active thyroid with 4 knots in my throat lower back pain also a lot of swollen glands on right side of neck lots of pressure on right side going up into my causing migrants not sleeping at nit I have been up 2 days straight not able to sit still always having to be moving around no appetite losing weight 2 lbs. every week started out 105 down to95 my main concern is that the pressure in my head and lower back pain I went to a Dr. for my thyroid they gave me naproxen 500 mg.2 aday.. im not able to take asprin codine pencellian anyway after 2 days taking it I broke out in halves on chest also my ankles headaches,bluried vision I couldn t get ahold of the dr. I called my pharmacy they told me to stop right away ..I have tired to call this DR. back several times finally today I talked to her assistant and told her what was going on after 3 days trying to get in touch with her still no phone call..She had all of my medical records and fullywas aware of my allergies but said it would be find ..also have a severve strained neck from lifting heavy items I have been moving My Fiance Owns his own trucking business and is always on the road..so I do everything thing myself..Today Im not abe to Talk my voice is going running nose I feel very weak and ache all over and Im congested What should I do ? Im getting married in DEc.5 my father passed away in June I was is caregiver also He passed away with adomnal mass failure to thrive my mother passed away 2011 with lung cancer colon cancer my sister is a recovering from breast cancer also my father had congested heart falliur IM very concered with what is going on with me ..Im starting nursing in Oct. I really need some advise on what type of Doctor to see...around here we are just another patient no one seems concerned just about a dollar I kno When I finish schooling I will be a very concerenced nurse with my patients
