Suggest Treatment For Painful Macules On Skin

Yes, apparently I have macules which I discovered by looking it up on the net. Along w that there also is scratches that I did by it itching a lot . Where these scratches R there is a scab like thing that has a portion that extends Into the skin which also looks whitish clear R at least the part that is still in the skin is . The part that protrudes out above the skin darkens and eventually turns black .. These things when touched are very painful and feel as if they are cutting me ... I have also noticed that there appears to b some very tiny looking maccules , all R red and bleed profusely when u remove them w tweezers which is extremely painful ... Haven t seen a dr yet but the itching Is terrible
