Hi,
For having painful period you can take Meftal spas or Cyclopam instead of Mefenamic acid tablet.
This will give relief from pain.
If this problem is since long a course of 3-4 cyclical hormonal medicine will give you permanent relief from period pain.
Consult your gynaec and seek his advice.
Ok and take care.
