Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstrual Periods And Back Pain

I have a severe colic in my left side just above my hip. it has been there for weeks. Today it disappeared and I had this clear watery discharge - definitely not urine . I have been having problems with my periods - very heavy flooding and painful. had scan for fibroids but was all clear. Any suggestions?
