Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstrual Periods And Ovarian Cyst

Hello doctor..i was diagnosed a couple of months ago of having ovarian cyst with 3cm in diameter..my doctor gave me duphaston..then after that i took pills(diane) for 3months but the cyst is still there..whenever i have my period i suffer from severe dismenorrhea with fainting....can you help me about my problem doctor...thank you so much.!
