Suggest Treatment For Painful Menstrual Periods

l have been in alot of period pain 4 years,eventually has microwave ablation back in nov..the pain is now back up to a week or more before period,,doc thinks could be emdrometriosis,but l have noticed that during this pain,am sruggling to go for bowel movements and passing alot o wind...am waiting to be referred back to gyno....
