Suggest Treatment For Painful Muscle Spasms

Just woke up with a very painful muscle spasm inside area of my thigh. Worked outside today so I may have gotten dehydrated but I have drank a lot of water and juice. I usually eat watermelon when I work outside because I think I need potassium. It seemed to work every time. Don t have watermelon to eat, or postassium. I am drinking some milk since it has potassium in it. Would just like to know how to keep it from coming back until I get to the store tomorrow. Any suggestions? I am sitting at a desk now and it isn t bothering me that much but I am afraid it will come again when I lay down again. Thanks!
