Suggest Treatment For Painful Numbness In Toes After Injury

I suffered a severe sprained right ankle in a dirt bike accident last Tuesday (September 14) in the past few days I have started to experience painful numbness, if that makes sense, when i i move my toes. Is that normal? X rays did not reveal any breaks when at the ER
