Suggest Treatment For Painful Ovarian Cyst

ive been vaginally bleeding for 3 weeks now. started as brown clot like tissue, turned into redder clots with medium bleeding, now its very heavy bright red bleeding with slight cramps and feeling drained and exhausted. i am on birth control to regulate my period since my teens when i had very painful ovarian cysts. Im 25 now my birth control is levora. please help me
