Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Acne or Pimples can occur due to a number of reasons like hormonal imbalances, excess sun exposure, oily skin, bacterial infection and inflammation..
You should wash your face with a Salicylic acid containing Face wash atleast twice a day.
Apply clindamycin ointment in combination with benzoyl peroxide gel..
You can also apply retinoid containing ointment like Adapelene over the pimples at night..
Do cold compresses over the pimples.
Avoid sun exposure and oily food.
Drink plenty of water and take Vitamin supplements..

In case if still there is no improvement in one month consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you to take oral antibiotics like Muricorpin, minocycline or clindamycin, oral retinoids.
Certain treatments like glycolic acid peeling and microdermabrasion can also be advised..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
