Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

It is common for moles to become a bit enlarge or minimal colour change in pregnancy- this is because of stretching of skin and hormonal changes. But if it becomes raised, itchy, painful or margins become irregular, I strongly recommend to get examined by a dermatologist to ensure that there is no neoplastic changes, especially because its quite big.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK, Pediatrician
