Suggest Treatment For Painful Retraction Of Penis Foreskin
At the Bottom of my penis head there is a little thin piece of skin that attaches my foreskin and penis together. This is my problem, as it hurts to retract my foreskin due to this thin layer of skin being stretched. I would have no problem retracting my foreskin if it was gone. So what should I do?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a band of adhesion between frenulum and glans penis causing difficulty in retraction of foreskin.
You need to excise this band under local anaesthesia by a qualified General Surgeon.
This is a simple surgery done as a out patient procedure and gives permanent cure.
