Suggest Treatment For Painful Right Wrist After Injury

I was snowboarding 2 weeks ago anf it was really icy out that day, not much powdered snow. I fell on my right wrist and it stopped my whole body. It hurt bad right away to put my hand out on the ground. It still hurts to bend it back and the left bone is the only one that hurts. It hurts on the top and bottom of the bone. I am wearing my ffriends wrist brace for about a week and nothing has improved. Sometimes I get a sharp pain. Should I get xrays?
