Urologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for query.
Your problem of ED can not be due to trauma to the perineum that you had 25 years back .

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic tests done to establish any organic cause for your ED.
1) Serum Testosterone levels
2) Serum prolactin
3) Thyroid hormone assessment
4) Blood sugar levels
5) Color Doppler scan of penis to rule out any vasculogenic cause for your ED.

If all the tests turn out to be normal taking Sildenafil (Viagra) one hour before planned sexual intercourse will help you to get good .hard and sustainable erection to enjoy sex .

Dr.Patil,
