General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your husband's problem can be most likely Peri arthritis or frozen shoulder. A consultation with an orthopedician will be helpful to rule out this. NSAIDs, local corticosteroid injections or anaesthetic and physiotherapy will be helpful for this. If he is having hypertension then better to check his BP and to take an ecg to rule out problems related to heart to be on safe side.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
