Suggest Treatment For Painful Sinuses, Cough, Terrible Headache, Yellow Phlegm And Lower Back Soreness

Good day, I would like to know what is wrong with me. I have been having painful sinuses. And coughing up greenish/yellow phlegm. Yesterday I played a game of tennis and this morning I woke up with a terrible headache and sore lower back as well as the rest of my body. My bones feel like they are throbbing. Please help me.
