Suggest Treatment For Painful Sore On The Genitals

hello i had a very small indetechtable sore on my gentials i had no sighns that i was even going to have an out break last night i felt a lil sting like i had wiped my stuff to hard what are the chances of him having my herpes an when would be the first outbreak?

Herpes simplex infection is characterized by painful multiple clear fluid-filled vesicles.

Painless sores in genitalia are unlikely to be due to herpes. I suggest you consult your dermatologist and venereologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
