Suggest Treatment For Painful Sore On The Side Of Tongue

i have an sore on the side of my tongue its big,has a little white in it. its hitting my tooth,i cannot even talk,so much pain,they gave me a cocktail with lidocane benedral to rinse my mouth ,and make it numb,its killing me,i went to 2 emergency rooms,my dentist is on vacation and the dr. wont b in until tuesday,i cant wait that long.

Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain it seems that you have got an Apthous Ulcer and in case if it is more than 10mm in size it can be a Major Apthae that is a large variant of Apthous Ulcers..

The medicine advised to you that is Lignocaine and Benadryl to rinse mouth to nimb is appropriate..
Along with it you can gargle with soda bicarb solution in water..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen..
You can also apply milk of magnesia over the Ulcer..
Take a soft diet and avoid spicy or hard foods..
Suck ice pops..
