Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Elbow After Injury

Hi, I was riding a bike and had fallen off. My elbow had swollen up as the day went on. I iced it when I got home at night, I iced it for about 1 hour on and off. When I woke up, the swelling had gone down but was still swelled alittle. I can bend my arm as I would usually and hardly any pain, can you tell me what I should do?

I really appreciate your concern, better to get done the x-ray of injured part to rule out the fracture till then pain can be managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" once in day" hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
