Suggest Treatment For Painful Swollen Taint

My taint has been swollen for the past few days, it hurts to sit and it hurts to use the restroom, I'm also uncomfortable when laying down. It doesn't leak any puss, but I just had it bleeding when I sat down to use the bathroom. Any help would be appreciated.
