Hi,

I have gone through your query.
It is seems that you had tear in your foreskin resulting in accumulation of blood inside tissue. It is a cause to concern and you should visit your local doctor. Medicines will prescribed for pain and prevention of infection.
Depending upon the size and nature of lump, your doctor will decide to drain or operate it.
