Suggest Treatment For Painful Tear In Vaginal Opening

Hello, I am 21, 4'11 and 106 lbs. Occasionally when I shower I tend to feel pain around the opening of my vagina as if I have a cut down there. Then when I sit down to pee my vagina hurts while I bend to sit as if I'm stretching the cut and it stings when I pee.
