Suggest Treatment For Painful Toe With Metatarsalgia

I was diagnosed with Metaarsalgia, and a mtp sprain was given orthotics they didnt help then was put in air cast for a few months then was told I was getting a hammer toe and when the toe stopped moving the pain would go away well it has been since may and it still hasnt although i can walk a bit i am still not back to normal the toe didnt go over other toe and now I ham having pain going down siode of big toe not severer i cant walk without slippers
