Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on your description, it appears that you could have developed aphthous ulcers in the oral cavity. This could have caused due to stress to a certain extent combined with vitamin B complex deficiency.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Do salt water gargling with warm water followed by rinsing oral cavity with mouthwash solution containing Chlorhexidine thrice daily.
2. Apply local anaesthetic gel over the lesions to reduce pain and discomfort caused by the lesions.
3. Avoid intake of spicy items, which could aggravate the symptoms and delay healing process. Kindly take diet rich in vitamins and minerals regularly. Use semi-solid to liquid foods till your symptoms improve.
4. Take Multi-vitamin and Multi-mineral capsules everyday for a month to replenish their levels.
Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem and be back to normal.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
