Suggest Treatment For Painful Vaginal Bump

I ve had a bump on the outside of my vagina that made it painful to sit or even walk. I tried to pop it this morning and nothing came out. I woke up to pee and noticed blood coming from it. I squeezed and a lot of blood and a little bit of puss came out. The pain has went away for now. Any idea what it could be. P.s.. I m 38 weeks pregnant

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of bump outside vagina which has made siting and activities difficult. Popping did not help but noticed blood and little pus on waking up to pee, The pain went way.
This is a classical finding of a cyst getting infected like a boil and which ruptured on its own.
I would advise you the following:
Apply liquid povidone iodine locally.
Take and anti-inflammatory medicine and an antibiotic by prescription to get cured as early as possible.
I find this answer helpful
