Suggest Treatment For Painfull Sores In Groin Area
Hello, I m 26yrs old male. for the past 3 days i have painful sores in and around my groin area. today, i woke up and found red pimples around the same area and is now spreading even to my sexual organ. its itchy and painful to the touch. what might be my problem/

Most probably this is dermatitis only, scratching in the night might have caused the secondary infection.
This is of short duration.
A course of an antibiotic, antihistamine to reduce itching and anti-inflammatory to reduce swelling and local application of liquid Povidone iodine should solve you problem.
Id you see a red lining around the area, anti-fungal tablet and lotion/ ointment may be necessary after the infection is settled.
