Suggest Treatment For Paining Spots Near Vagina

I woke up this morning with 3 spots near my vagina and it s hard to walk, I m too embarrassed to tell my mum or doctor and I don t know what they are. My vagina has a wet and smelly discharge coming out of it continuesly and I don t know what s happening, I m a Virgin and I m only 15; I m really confused at the moment
