Suggest Treatment For Painless Bleeding Piles

Hi i am suffering from heavy bleeding due to piles, no pain is there.. As i need to travel a lot due to my work plz suggest me some tabs tgat can stop bleeding asap.. After tgat i will search for long planning but to stop bleeding is my first priority

I understand your concern.
Managing by means of conservative treatment by means of medications for piles or anal fissures is temporary and gives relief only for a shorter duration.
Kindly get examined clinically for what could be the status of the lesion by consulting a Surgeon.
It would be advisable to undergo surgery for its permanent cure. It is usually done on out-patient basis by means of cryosurgery.
Kindly consult Surgeon for proper evaluation and management.
