Suggest Treatment For Pain,redness And Tight Skin On Leg

Hi I am 40 yr old female yesterday i ached all over and on occasion had pins and needles in my feet and at one occasion my feet went cold. Those symptons all went by this morning thank god, I dont know if it is connected but I woke up early this morning and had a hot bath and immeditely my front left lower leg went red and painful and the skin is tight has been like that for 10 hours now
