Suggest Treatment For Paleness And Dizziness

My nine year old step-daughter was over yesterday and she got up to go in the kitchen and wet herself and then got really pale and said she felt dizzy and couldn t see. It lasted for about 3-5 min. then she was fine. What can we do? Or what could be causing this?
