Suggest Treatment For Palpitations And BP Of 125/65

on my way home from working out this morning my heart began racing or about 10 minutes I took my blood pressure and it was 125/65 but my pulse was 156. this is the first timee this has happened to me . It lastd for about 2 minutes. then went back to normal at 75.

1. Anxiety is the commonest cause of palpitations/increased heart rater but firstly one should exclude:

. Hyperthyroidism (Thyroid function test)
. Arrhythmias (ECG & Holter monitoring)
. Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (Chest X-ray)
. Diabetes (blood sugar to exclude hypoglycemia)
. Anemia (Hemmoglobin level)

PS. Check with a Cardiologist

2. If pulse & heart appear normal then most important cause will be anxiety and will be managed accordingly.

3. Avoid excess of tea/coffee
. Avoid alcohol & smoking
. Avoid mental strain.

4. Take tablet Stressan or Mentat or Brahmi vati: 2 tablet at bed time
