Suggest Treatment For Palpitations

Hi, I have been having a reoccurring issue with palpitations. It seems like here the past year everyone I get a set (they last about 5 monuts) it comes with a new.....pain. first it was pain in my left rib cage just under my breast. Then it was tightness and pain in my chest, neck, and jaw. Now I have sharp pains in my shoulder blade that radiate to my arm pit ending with tingly finger tips ( all this on the left side). I ve had one doctor tell me an EKG came back abnormal, but that s been it. I ve done a stress test and blood work, both came back ok.....I m starting to feel desperate. I know something isn t right, but no one can give me any answers. It s scaring me a little. I guess I just need to know where to go to get answers.
