Suggest Treatment For Palpitation,swallowing Difficulty And Night Sweats
37 y/o female.. heart palpatations, night sweats, neck pain, sore throat, trouble swallowing, fatigue, anxiety, trouble swallowing (rarely something deep in my throat comes up into my throat and closes my air passageway and I cannot breath....after repeated swallowing it goes back down).

As your complaints suggestive of problem with your pharynx.
Night sweat. palpitation and swallowing problems need to be evaluated with proper investigation you need laryngoscopy/endoscopy to rule out any abnormality in that area.
