Suggest Treatment For Pancreatic Cysts
i have three pancreatic cyst, have been followed for 3 years, this last MRI showed the cyst in the tail as growing slowly. My gastrenterologist wants to wait and watch, I m not sure if this is the best way to go. No change in the cyst at the head of the pancrease and no change for the cyst in the body of the pancrease, what would you recommed to your mother if she had this, htanks

I think you should wait and watch. If it is bothering you and is problematic and if it is increasing in size or can be suspected for cancer it should be removed surgically. You should wait and monitor it doing MRI and MRCP.
