Suggest Treatment For Panic Attack And Anxiety Disorder

Hello, I have a history of pretty serious anxiety, but recently started getting palpatationd just below my sternum. No pain is accompanied, but it does send me into a panic and my hearing and vision seem to change in an odd way, my jaw and neck feel tingly, my face feels numb and my lower stomach bloats. Seems very strange even with anxiety.

The symptoms are suggestive of strong anxiety problem possibility a panic attack.
Short acting benzodiazepine and beta blocker like propranolol can be discussed with your treating psychiatrist.
A psychiatrist consultation is suggestible of not done before.
