Suggest Treatment For Panic Attack And Chest Tightness

I have recently been experiencing (what I think is) panic attacks - where I get a really tight chest & feel like I can t breathe, which then makes me begin to hyperventilate. I have also experienced hot flushes in some of the attacks. It usually comes out of the blue, but I almost always have one after crying. Are these panic attacks, or is it nothing?

Regarding your symptoms of panic attacks following by chest tightness and difficulty in breathing I am suggesting you see a neuropsychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment which you will need some anxiolytic agents
