Suggest Treatment For Panic Attack And Severe Leg Pain

I have been homebound for about a year now cant go out.Have terrible panic attacks about going out.Need help plse..I also have terrible pain in legs.I have not seen my Dr.in about 5 months for fear of going out.Haven t been on any of my medication s.

This must be very difficult for you.

Medication and counselling would but unfortunately this would require you to leave your home.
It may be best to find a family member or friend who will be able to accompany you.

You would need to consider the fears/ideas that are keeping you at home. List them and see if you can (with a friend) go through each one and determine if it is realistic or as bad as you think.
This is to try and get you to an appointment with your doctor.
