I’m a 40y male and have been experiencing extreme fatigue for approx. 1 month now. I worked night shift for approx. 1 year and currently quit d/t me having terrible panic attacks/ anxiety attacks for which I was treated. Its being 12 days since I quit working nights and switched to days now but I’m currently experiencing some extreme fatigue, I used to feel quite tired from working nights d/t my sleep patterns but know I’m getting back into a sleep routine which I have been sleeping well throughout the night approx. 7-9hrs of sleep, but instead of feeling better I feel worse my symptoms are for ex. If I go to the store or outside or at work I feel lightheaded, short of breath, increased heart rate, palms get sweaty and just plain tired. I’ve taken some days of work and been in bed/sleeping drinking plenty of water to see if I’m just worned out from the night shift. Also even after I eat I get or feel fatigued.
