Suggest Treatment For Panic Attacks And Heart Condition

Hi, thank you for helping.. I m a 43 year old normally healthy woman- been extremely stressed for many months now due to moving, having many extreme panic attacks. Last night I felt very pronounced heart-beat like sensations in my solar plexus. I haven t been able to eat much of anything for a few weeks because when I do I get extreme burning in that same region. Today I started to wonder if it s an ulcer. On an online forum, someone suggested it could be an abdominal aortic aneurysm and that it could end up fatal if I don t go to the ER ASAP. So I decided I d better get the opinion of an actual doctor. I don t have health insurance at the moment, but will go in if necessary. I do have a slight heart murmur which my doctors have never worried about. Thank you :) ~Brooke

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is anxiety and stress may be due to menopause, some other factors may be there, you really need to come out of this condition, and for that the best way is exercise, (aerobic ) yoga, meditation, be positive and focused, everything would be fine soon, this is not anything danger, take care, have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
